• Establishing an Online Presence:

o Creation of a project website featuring objectives, partner organisations, and preliminary materials.

o Development of social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to engage participants and stakeholders.

• Community Engagement & Outreach:

o Informational meetings with educational institutions, NGOs, and local government agencies to present the project's vision.

o Recruitment of participants through schools, universities, cultural centres, and youth organisations.

2. During-Project Engagement (June - October 2025)

• Live Updates & Interactive Content:

o Daily posts on social media platforms, including participant testimonials, event highlights, and key insights.

o Video documentation of activities shared on YouTube and the project's website.

o Engagement with local media (radio, TV, newspapers, podcasts) to amplify project visibility.

• Educational Workshops & Community Involvement:

o Public workshops and performances showcasing music as a tool for inclusion.

o Interactive discussions and networking events with youth workers, educators and policymakers.

3. Post-Project Sustainability & Long-Term Impact (November 2025 - Beyond)

• Follow-Up Activities in Each Partner Country:

o National-level dissemination events where participants share their experiences and best practices.

o Integration of project methodologies into youth training programs, schools, and cultural centres.

o Continuous engagement through social media storytelling and digital repositories.

• Creation of Long-Term Resources:

o Development of an open-access training manual on music-based non-formal education.

o Uploading project results to Erasmus+ and partner organisation platforms.

• Development of Future Erasmus+ Projects:

o Participants and stakeholders will be encouraged to submit two follow-up Erasmus+ project applications expanding on the work initiated in Harmony in Diversity.
