Evaluation
Evaluation Strategy and Timeline:
The evaluation process will be continuous throughout the project's 10-month duration, ensuring quality implementation and alignment with objectives. The evaluation strategy includes three key phases: Initial Evaluation, Middle Evaluation, and Final Evaluation, with structured feedback mechanisms for participants, partner organisations, and stakeholders. If significant changes are required, we will seek approval from the National Agency before implementation. The final evaluation results will be publicly available on the project's website for transparency and future learning.
Evaluation Phases and Activities:
1. Initial Evaluation (September 2025 – June 2026)
Conducted via an online webinar with partner organisations and a separate webinar with selected participants (see ANNEX 01).
The full project timetable will be presented, allowing all partners and participants to provide feedback and confirm the program's structure.
If major concerns arise, adjustments will be discussed collectively while ensuring the project's core objectives remain unchanged.
2. Middle Evaluation 7th of April 2026)
Conducted on the third day of the PDA in Cyprus through an open discussion among participants and trainers.
Focused on the practical aspects of the PDA, including hotel arrangements, working environment, activity quality, and participant expectations.
Participants will share what they like/dislike, their expectations, and any challenges faced, allowing for real-time improvements in the remaining sessions.
3. Final Evaluation (10th of April 2026)
Conducted on the last day of the PDA, using an online questionnaire with multiple-choice and open-ended questions.
Participants will evaluate each activity, the logistical arrangements, and the overall project impact.
The results will be analysed and published on the project's website and used for future improvements in similar training programs.
Post-Project Evaluation (April - June 2026)
4. Organisational Evaluation Reports
Each partner organisation will submit a detailed report evaluating their experience, the quality of activities, and the impact of the project on their work.
These reports will assess the training venue, meals, social events, logistical planning, and implementation effectiveness.
5. Dissemination-Based Feedback
The effectiveness of dissemination activities in each country will be monitored through media coverage, workshop participation, and social media engagement.
Partner organisations will track how participants apply their learning through follow-up activities.
6. Youthpass and Long-Term Impact Assessment (April – May 2025)
One month after the PDA, participants will self-assess their learning using the Youthpass framework.
This evaluation will focus on competence development, practical application of skills, and personal growth.
The delay allows for a more objective perspective as participants reflect on their real-world application of knowledge.
The combination of real-time, final, and long-term evaluations will ensure the project achieves its objectives, while feedback integration will improve future Erasmus+ applications and training programs.
